After an Internet lending company waited 10 months for their national systems integrator to design and execute the integration of a panel of technologies without any progress, the V2E leaders facilitated a planning session. This then led to the build out of a plan to select, procure and begin developing a core integrated platform. The plan called for a pilot test within six months and a gradual cascade across products and bank clients. V2E leaders facilitated ongoing control of the effort, working successfully against plan for the pilot test and the pull-in of products and clients began within 12 months of the planning session. The effort was accomplished using the firm’s staff without the cost associated with a system integrator.
